Student leadership

Leadership at OPS

Students do not have to be school captains or house captains to be considered leaders. We encourage our students to be leaders in the classroom and playground, through their support for other students, or their involvement in academic, sporting, cultural or community events and projects. 

At Orange Public School our house captains and music captains are wonderful role models. The house captains have a commitment to fair play, encourage their peers, show effort and contributes to the school's weekly sporting programs. The music captains show leadership, support and guidance during music lessons.
